Do you train one on one?
We train up to and no more than 6 clients at a time in our 1500 square foot facility. This gives you space to train and get coached through every workout.

Do I get a workout to follow?
Yes! Every person that comes in to train gets their own customized training program based on your goals and needs. You will be coached the entire time. All you need to do is show up and we take care of the rest.

How often do I need to come to the studio?
We offer 2 or 3 sessions per week. Two sessions are good and 3 sessions are even better for results!

How long are the training sessions?
Sessions usually last 45 minutes. This is the perfect amount of time to get your full body training session in to maximize progress and feel amazing.

Do I need to be in shape already to start at Preston Strength?
No. It doesn’t matter if you’re a professional athlete or a fitness rookie... we will make you a better version of yourself.
