How Long Do Training Sessions Last? Our programs are designed to go for about 45 minutes. This is the optimal amount of time to get results. What Are Your Hours Of Availability? We have morning hours: 5am - 10am and afternoon/evening hours: 4pm - 7pm. We train at 8 and 9am on Saturday mornings as well. How Many People Do You Train At A Time? We work with up to and never more than 6 clients at a time. This gives each person their personal space while allowing for you to be coached every training session. Is It Ok If I Have Never Worked Out Before? Absolutely! We work with complete beginners to professional athletes. Everyone who has the desire to be here is a good fit. How Many Days Per Week Are The Workouts? It depends on you, your goals, your motivation and your budget. We train either 2, 3 or 4 days per week. Do I Need To Workout Outside Of These Training Sessions? No. You don't need to do any more training outside of working with us to see really good results.
