Jump Start Program
The Fit Over 40 Jump Start Program a 6 week personal training intervention designed to help busy adults over 40 lose weight, gain strength, increase energy and feel 10 years younger. It's a completely customized program to help you reach your goals faster. It's different from one of those 6 week challenges where you have a "start" and a "finish". We created this system to help you get results that will last a lifetime. You will become mentally stronger, motivated and feel empowered with your fitness.
Who is it for?:
It's for local Chesapeake adults over 40 who have spent all of their time taking care of the family and working without taking care of themselves. Our program helps you develop a life-long desire to stay fit because we help you from your current fitness level and work from there. If you're a former athlete, weekend warrior or simply want to get more fit to have more "life" with your family, this is the program for you!
Why does it work?
We found that there are thousands of adults in the area who have let themselves go and are too busy and discouraged to get back into shape. Plus, the options are group programs where everyone does the same thing, programs that get you hurt, or boring sessions on the treadmill. We have taken our 30 years of training experience working with thousands of adults and figured out what works best. Our system will train your entire body and help you build a lean, strong body with a lot of energy.
